iGP Manager 26: Fixes Thread

Apologies if mentioned before, but what should we do if we havent received our research points (points usually sent to us by email by our TDs), I just had a race and received no communication after

Thank you very much for the work and improvements made, but some things should be improved.

For example, the issue with cars running out of fuel needs improvement. In my league, which has refueling, when someone isn't racing, they set up with 1 liter of fuel to avoid disrupting the race. Currently, there's a problem with cars without a fuel setup and with cars using a 1-liter setup; they interfere with the race and make it unpredictable whether there's an advantage or disadvantage.

I think you should fix the issue where unconfigured cars can't go out on track to race, and if you could enable an option so that if a manager can't race, it's indicated in some way that they won't participate (or simply not being configured would prevent them from participating).

That would be a very good incentive to keep activity in current leagues. If a car doesn't set up for the race, it should be disqualified or count as a DNS. Would be one of the best quality of life improvements possible.

I thought that was already coming in as an option but on the other side of the coin is where someone has done setup but it didn't save for whatever reason and/or is doing setup and gets locked out before saving it then they either can't race with 1 or both cars or 1 car is a brick and the other is flying until it runs out of fuel.. either way both are being an issue. If there was a generic default setup with AI comparable to the previous time the car raced then it would make more sense because they are running close to what the manager was going to be going with anyway, and then it's up to the Host to define 'x' amount of races absent or whatever which Polling and being able to manually kick someone is already there to do.

I know you are working on a rebuild of the 2D, for the most part, i have not had much issues with the 2D viewer [apart fromt he first few days of IGP 26] but we raced Mexico tonight. It was woful in 2D

After the race, i jumbed in to view another brazil race, grabed a video, link supplied below

Issues noted:

• DRS way too far down the DRS straight


• Cars flying around slow corners and slowing on straights


• Cars jumping into pits


• Cars stopping to pit at pit exit


• Cars speeding up/slowing down in wierd places compared to the car in front
