I would like to thanks to Armadillo Jr. for this advice. And thanks to Gustavo Heiden for share it. Yesterday I played a race in Japan. It was a rain race. I started 1-2, I followed the three steps, and I finished 1-2! I'm very happy! Thank you very much! ??

Alternatively, you could leave out step 1 and 2 as long as you finish in p1 after the alotted number of laps. I find this to work as well in dry races

Simple winning formula:
1) Focus research on downforce and tyre economy.
2) Upgrade headquarters to provide more research points, boost and DRS power. 
3) Focus research points on acceleration and braking (acceleration more than braking, in ratio 3:1)
4) Make sure you win races. 
5) Stay ahead in championship. 
6) Win the title.
