account switched with email id

Hi I had an ID tagged with my email tari****@gmail.com with which I had completed a rookie league & promoted to pro league of "tmj cup". in the same league I had an old id (with same team name) that was not tagged to any email ID & I had abandoned it altogether & have not played for last 1 month or so.

today when I logged into the game with my email ID I am switched to old ID (that was not tagged with any email ID) and I can't seem to move to the id that has been promoted to pro league.. I want to switch to pro league Id & delete the old id since it was not developed at all.

please let me know if recoverable.

Thanks for guidance in the right direction. your 2nd solution worked. I changed the email id tagged to the old account (the one in rookie league) and tried to relogin using my email id & voila I got back my id... its just odd that suddenly my email was tagged to the old id.
