well, i found this empty :P

PL hasn't the impact it had before on practice. i've been thinking about this since some time ago. can anyone confirm or tell me i'm crazy. or both :P ???

PL for practice is as rigid as ice, that means PL3 (neutral) for fuel and lap times so you're not crazy (at least regarding that stuff :p)
