My driver drove past the pit entry with 0.1 liters of fuel in the car and was forced to retire. The pit light was blinking for a whole lap before he was supposed to pit. This was very very VERY frustrating because I lost out on points

Could you give us the race ID and the name of the driver? We'll look into the cause.

Also, were you on a mobile network connection such as 3G?

This happened to me too. It was strange because it only ocurred in the japanese GP in my series(European Racing League) and class(Rookie). Fortunly, it was raining and I scored 10 points with my other driver.Still, I can't bother but think how many points I could get if my driver didn't retire, cause they were relatively close to each other when it happened.
