Manufacturer Improvements

It was brought to my attention that the manufacturer's star ratings were not working on the Cars page.

I have added the star ratings to the cars page. You will now see them under the Manufacturing tab. Additionally on the Engine Manufacturers and Chassis Suppliers lists, where you view all the alternative suppliers, you can see their overall rating. 

This greatly increases the clarity of the system and searching for a supplier.
