Problems with the pit crew

Hi Jack, first of all, I’d like to thank you for the recent improvements to the VIP subscription. I think these changes were necessary, and now we VIPs can feel more at ease regarding the atrophy and the drivers’ growth. Thank you very much. I came to post on the forum because I’ve run into another small issue with the pit crew engineers. Pit crew engineers keep atrophing 3 times a day (3 times faster), and they lose health 3 times a day, so I can train them very little, and I can’t get them past 3.5 stars, even though I’ve been training them daily for over a month.

I believe I'm having the same issue. Entire sections of my crew have "No change" after every training session meaning their skills just.. drop?

I've selected all of them, and when I check the stats, I see that they're around 80 every day. During training, it gives me a +1% boost to one of the five skills, but as the days go by, all the stats—except for morale—always end up at 79, 80, or 81.

Hello! You are correct it is a different issue. My issue is that one section of my crew have stalled training. All areas have reached higher stats with additional training. But the left rear crew have hit 82 in there abilities and stayed there for almost a month. Every training session simply says "No change" while all the others gain training stats. Leading to them being rated 4 stars while all others are 4 and a half. with the average being around 14 points difference.
