Hi, im training my drivers and one of my drivers have maxed defending yet when im training the development still goes to defending instead of the other stats which need training. Is there anyway to stop this?

I don't think so. The suspected problem is daily atrophy at daily racing. Despite showing 100 due to rounding it's for example 99.97% after a race, thus not full and eligible for training. 
However I plan to post a list of stuff needing refining that bother the most managers (on forums) internally to Jack and will include this.

Having the same "issue". Good to see it is already noted and hopefully a fix will come soon. As it is not possible to improve a driver when racing daily with this system...
