What did you try to do?
Game doesn’t load up after latest (622) update, goes to sign in screen and have to click on assistance and then back and it then allows full screen acesss, otherwise if I login in as previously, there is half a screen and no movement around screen, do not have access to bottom controls tabs, cannot see full screen.

What happened instead?
As above no access unless going into assistance tab and selecting back takes me to a proper screen, this has all happened since latest update, and am concerned the game will stop working altogether!

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes it does it every time I go to access game, as described above, I have cleared cache and that aka made no difference, my game loaded fine with no login screen appearing until this downloaded update.

Additional comments:
Please review, and repair as I see I’m not the only iPhone user on iOS 26.3 with this issue, see previous post from another user.

It seems to be working, although does go to sign in screen first, loading symbol appears and then loads my game/screen as per previous pre update.
Appreciate the prompt response and solution.
Fingers crossed for on going gameplay.

when I click on the app, the openings screen appears (IGP26) , then it flicks to the “sign on screen” then the timer/circle whirling a few seconds and then takes me to my game dashboard(signed in ) so I can  report every thing is currently running/working okay.I'm not seeking any changes. Thank you
