Its trained drivers in areas that are already at 100, my 3rd driver im traiming up every time i train, it trains area thats already maxed out and say plus 1 added

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes i trained yesterday and noticed it, i thought i maybe wrong but i just trained again today and it added it to 1 area which was needed and another area thats already on 100

Additional comments:
Yesterday it added 1 to knowledge and today 1 to morale which both are already on 100, i dont know how long this has been happening, I don’t think it happened with driving ability just mental

Happened again today +1 on morale its already on 100

This training report doesn’t work, In the background of the game I’m losing 0.25 so when I train it’s train that area even tho it’s showing on 100 at this rate I’ll never get the ratings up
