After my VIP subscription ended, the game detected that I had raced less than 24 hours ago and wouldn't let me configure my settings. This is the second league race I've lost because of this, and I haven't received any solution.

Hi, I can't see any reason you wouldn't be able to race. When I login as you the interface you showed is enabled also. Is it still the same for you now? I did just apply some updates to the live service.

If it's not resolved, let me know. I will address it. At the moment, I can't see the UI issue in your screenshot when I try to see it.
