Driver atrophy

I think this is something obvious, that the atrophy after the races affects the driver who ran and not the reserve driver or drivers, it does not make any sense that this happened, please add that function and it only affects the pit crew and the driver who ran the race, grettings...

And training should be boosted. It’s way too slow.

My driver loses almost 6% per race, even without competing. I can understand that he's consuming money; that's at least realistic, but what about getting tired? What if he starts getting older?

No me parece correcto que solo perjudiquen a uno o dos manager y no lo hagan con el resto. Porque la degradación debería afectar a todos según la edad del piloto que tengan 

My 18-year-old driver lost 6 points at the end of the last race, 4 in driving skills, one in calmness, and one in endurance. I checked the top 10 drivers in the league I'm in, and only 2 of us were affected by the degradation. It doesn't seem right that only one or two managers are penalized and not the rest. Because degradation should affect everyone based on the driver's age they have.

I want to also add to this, being VIP is an actual disadvantage here.

I race on 3 leagues. I have 3 Drivers, A, B and C

League 1 (2 cars): Driver A and B
League 2 (1 car): Driver A
league 3: (1 car): Dirver C.

Every day, each driver losses 0.05% to atrophy, after 10 total races, (for me, that's 3 days and 1 race) all my drivers have lost 1% in ALL areas. I guess this is because they have hit 99.5% or 99.45% and the game rounds it down to 99%.

I can't keep up with the training. VIPS do not have x3 training or anything, I am getting 3 times the atrophy, on all drivers, even if Driver C has raced on 3 leagues races, he has atrophied the equal to 12 races in 3 days.

Oh............ And the pit crew is a trainwreck. They are losing 0.34% after each race............. that's over 1% in all areas every day when racing in 3 leagues.


Suggestion: Only the first race of the day of each driver counts towards atrophy. Drivers that do not race do not get atrophy. ( I just want to be equal to a non-vip account, not trying to get an advantage for paying).

Either that or VIPS get a x2 or x3 training depending on how many leagues they are competing in.

Please fix this as soon as possible, because I can't keep up :D................. help

Sorry Jack, I don't understand. We're asking you to boost training because we can't get the driver/pit crew to 100% in all skills due to excessive atrophy. You say, "Don't worry, I'm working on a new method (to help us)"... and you decrease the hourly recovery time, making it even more difficult for us to reach 100%? I have a 27-year-old driver who recovers 3.8% per hour (in 24 hours he recovers 90% health... not even 100%). This means that, as soon as the daily race is over, I can only have the driver do 4-5 training (where he doesn't recover any of the atrophy) because otherwise he won't have 100% health for the next race. 🤷🏻‍♂️
How is this supposed to help us?
