Should it be more stats available for driver form youth academy

I wish it was more info about youth driver from the academy. A talent 30 driver can be crappy in all other way

You will still have to train and give experience to any driver straight out of the academy.  Ergo, only the two things set in stone (current age and talent score) are need to know when considering a YA driver.  Everything else can be sorted in due course.  YA drivers are not meant to be the finished article.
