Leaving a league

Hitting leave a league between seasons brings up a warning that you'll be hit with a credit penalty ie 4.6m on an account with 46m in the bank.

(it's free to leave between seasons as I believe it always has been)

Yes, this is to discourage leaving leagues.

No more league hopping. Fined to leave and lowered design level joining new league.
Better to stay put until the end of season break & not join the new league until it is in the break between seasons to avoid both penalties.

10% of cash penalty also in break at the moment i think

i think this should not affect your economy like that. 10% is too much. I think time penalty should be applied instead.
You left a league today, you can't race for 4 days or something like that.

i'm racing in a league where the other drivers are struggling to catch up with me ...
m in that league since its last 4 season and this is 2nd season as pro..
i wanna move to another league wondering what will be consequence
what will be the penalty [if any]
what will happen to my design points which i want to save for next another league/ season.
