My car and next year car hasnt developed for 3 days now.
Does anybody know what can be the problem here?

Nobody can know for sure unless you provide more information, and will be easier to know more if you can provide screenshots.

Possible issues off the top of my head:

- You may have not hired any designers
- You may have no designers assigned to develop new components
- You may not have enough designers assigned to develop new components quickly
