Top speed difference

Hello there, can someone help me to explain how it is possible that there is a huge top speed difference between my drivers, 25 km/h, also the faster driver is much heavier, so I have no idea how that is possible, they both drive in the same car.

Well the driver talent of the faster driver is 2 and the other 9, got same wing lvl, equal amount of fuel. But it turns out it was the track, Hungary, today we had 4 drivers at 350, probably I didn't use my kers with the other driver at the right time. Thanks for the info.
