Staff attributes?

What specifically do the staff attributes effect? Is it supposed to be a secret? It tells you exactly what the driver's attributes are for but not the staff.

I really would like to know that too :)

The reason is because really whe. Looking at staff you judge by the star rating bot the stats.. Plus you are not able to train the staff so really what each stat does is pointless.. In my opinion at least
