Why so many Indians joining Latin American league?

Don't get me wrong, my post isn't meant to be xenophobic or anything like that, but rather a genuine question: why are so many Indians joining Latin American leagues? These leagues are notoriously difficult to communicate with, and even the schedules don't match up. For example, my league, which is in the evening in Latin America, would be in the middle of the night in India. Many of these accounts are created and then seemingly abandoned immediately, because they never log back in.

Could it be that there are Indian bots creating pointless accounts to saturate the market, like the case of the Spanish player who created hundreds of accounts?

If they are real users, shouldn't they look for Indian leagues that share the language and have convenient schedules? It seems strange to me, which is why I'm asking, to see if I'm the only one noticing this odd pattern.

I had a own league with my old profile and I noticed exactly the same as you. I think almost 50% was from India, 20-25% was from middle or south America and the rest was from Europe. Think racetime was set to 21 but I don't know what time that will give in India, Peru, Argentina and Venezuela

I’ve got an Indian in our league which could be dying with only 4 managers in the league and the race time is 18:50 GMT-5

There's one in your league and following to this accounts former league there are several of them. They don't look like bot, though. Bots are better than doing names smashing random keys and, for some reason, a few have saved a livery. Didn't check any actual bot accounts for that, but I'd be surprised bots would do that.

Yours is, or at least was, a managed account.

Sure, I mean, there are bots that, if they came from, say, the same bot farm, it would be noticeable, but in this case, it's very strange that at least 10 accounts would join per season, not even do a setup, and then forget everything, especially considering the time difference. It's odd. Especially because of the pattern of them being new accounts, using team names made up of numbers, joining and leaving the game, hence my question. In fact, I left the one who joined for that very reason, to see how it would go, and the pattern repeated itself: new account, joins the league, uses a team name made up of numbers, and leaves the game. He barely logged back in after creating the account, and in the first race, he was never live, didn't leave a setup, and was lapped 6 times, almost as if the goal was to flood the league and that's it.

I didn't mean it's not weird and suspicious, only that it looks like done manually, or maybe simple script not capable inventing names on its own.

I'm seeing the same thing happen with the league I'm part of. The race time is 20:00 GMT-5, but in our case, it is not only accounts with the India flag. There's even a brand new account (listed as Level 2) with an Italian flag that has a Russian username. Makes no sense to me really.

I think Jack might want to consider upping the number of sprint races before an account can join a league. Any time my league owner removes inactive accounts, a new wave of them join.
