Hi,

I noticed that since a month or so drivers are doing progress in training much slower than they were doing before. Can we please bring the progress speed back to what it was before?

I agree. Driver training feels noticeably slower than it did a few weeks ago, and the difference is quite significant, especially for newer teams trying to catch up. If this was an intentional balancing change, it would be great to have some clarification. Otherwise, I would support restoring the previous training speed, as progression felt much more rewarding and balanced before.

I’ve noticed the same thing. Training progression feels noticeably slower lately compared to before. Would be great to get the old speed back or at least know if this change is intentional.

My best guess is: training is back to driver level vs manager level. When driver level (overal level) is above manager level => slower training
