Btw if you dont have players with higher level you need ages to get lvl 20

I don't want to have managers higher than level 16 in this league! The intention is that low level managers can play in the elite without having to compete with others at level 17, 18, 19 and 20.
I already manage a very active league called GP Brasil 2022 and a level 12 manager in the elite gave me this suggestion.
