Recuperação de conta

Hoje fui tentar logar a conta pelo site, em vez de usar o Facebook e além de nao conseguir realizar a troca, ainda perdi minha cobta e não consigo mais logar com ela. Como recuperar a minha conta?

Bruno used to log on to facebook, and we advised him to register an email because of the problems that usually occur when logging on facebook. When he did, he lost his account and got a new one.
